Shipping & Warranty
All orders we receive will be shipped via Registered Airmail and shipping is FREE to any country in the world, no exception. If you as our customer are in need of speedy delivery due to a birthday or other celebratory days we have the option to post via Express Mail with a max. delivery duration of 5 days (as stated by the company EMS, FedEx, TNT and DHL). This option is particularly good during the festive season in December.
Items are shipped as soon as possible after the payment is completed, depending on the amount of orders we receive; first come, first serve. We need to create, test and ship so it can take up to a few days for this process to be completed. We will keep you updated on the process. Due to our good contacts with the postal services we can post 6 days a week, besides the public holidays. We contact all customers via e-mail as soon as the items are shipped.
All cartridges bought at NDSmulti.com go through two quality testing procedures. First at the factory they are checked before shipping to us and the second check is done by our staff. They check every cartridge before shipping them out to you, our customer.
In the unlikely situation that you do get a defective cartridge or your Nintendo™ refuses to play the cartridge we will work out a way for you to send the cartridge back and we will replace it with a new one. If that doesn't work, you return the cartridge and we will give you a full refund.
Please, do not try to open the cartridge or force it in any way as it will void your warranty and we will not be able to exchange it.
